Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions constitute a binding contract between you, the player, and us, the service provider. The stipulations of this Terms & Conditions agreement in the English Language shall be prevalent to all translations.
The absolute responsibility for placing bets and proceeding to depositing or withdrawing money falls on the user exclusively. This includes possible cases of miss-betting that results from glitches in the software, or drop outs during standard maintenance. 4ODD cannot and will not bear any liability for losses incurred because of such occurrences.
Introduction
4ODD comes to the market bringing along a set of products and services related to the industry of online betting. To use the service, you must first open a 4ODD account. Through the account, all the transactions between the client and our company will be carried out. Submitting the registration form implies your unreserved and complete acceptance of the terms included in this document. We strongly suggest that you read it carefully, as well as the terms of our Privacy Policy prior to any decision for opening an account with us.
General Stipulations
1) 4ODD allows the usage of its resources to place wagers in the events supplied through the website’s software. Each event contains subdivisions called «markets».
2) Any details that you provide us with and pertain to your contact information, must always be up to date. This is also an exclusive responsibility of yours as it is the data that we will use to inform you on subjects that concern your account and notifications that will have to do with changes either in this agreement or our privacy policy.
Eligibility requirements to open an account
4ODD is not obliged to accept the request for an account upon submission. In order for us to review your submission, the following must apply:
1) The user that submits the request must be 18 years old or more. They must be able to enter into a legally binding contract, as is this one.
2) The information in the request is current and accurate. By submitting the registration form, you agree and accept the responsibility to comply with the stipulation, and to advise us immediately if any part of the information changes.
3) The form pertains to the actual and physical entity that it represents. If the registration concerns a legal entity, then the person submitting the request must be uniquely authorized to do so.
4) The sign-up form is not submitted on behalf of another individual or another party.
5) The legal conditions for the place of residence must not be questionable. 4ODD reserves the right to determine if a country falls under this category.
Account security
Your account provides access to our services. We grant the access powers to you and you only. Therefore, you must keep it absolutely confidential and away from unauthorized people.
By submitting the sign-up request, you also take the absolute and exclusive responsibility to keep the username and password in a secure location where you and only you have access. If there is misuse, misplacement, or any kind of compromise of the above information, it is your obligation to inform us immediately.
Money
4ODD supports and upholds all legislation about money laundering. Therefore, certain stipulations must be in effect. You accept, acknowledge and confirm that:
1) No funds that you use during the usage of our services came from illicit activities.
2) There are no legal entanglements associated with the money.
3) All deposits and withdrawals to and from your account are fully authorized. You will not attempt to cancel or reverse a transaction. You will also not make such an attempt as a result of trying to avoid the ramifications of an established liability.
4) All transactions to your account are duly authorized and under no circumstances will you attempt to reverse or cancel a payment, or take any action that may result to a third party forcing a cancellation or a reversal, for the purposes of avoiding the consequences of a possible liability.
5) We maintain the right to investigate, should we have reasonable suspicion that any financial transaction is fraudulent. Inherent to this right is the possibility of rejecting said transaction and reporting it to law enforcement authorities.
Stoppage or disruption of Services
The action of opening an account constitutes a legally binding contract between you and 4ODD. Either of the parties may terminate the contract at any time, with or without reason. Should you decide to do so, communicate with our team to facilitate closure. If it is us who takes the action, you shall be notified about the termination of your account, either before, or after the action is taken.
If we verify that your place of residence is included in our list of countries that are restricted (as, for example, are the United States), the termination or restriction of your account will be immediate. The balance of funds will be released unless any of the following conditions apply:
1) We have been advised, or we suspect ourselves, that fraudulent or illicit activities are in play and need to be investigated.
2) We have indications that you have breached other the stipulations of this agreement.
3) We have received a formal warrant, or other similar documentation by a regulatory body, a government, or a law enforcement agency.
Amendments to this contract
It is in our absolute discretion to make changes to any and all terms of this contract, at any time we consider that such action needs to be taken. For major alterations, we will send notifications to our users prior to them being put to effect.
However, it falls under your responsibility to revisit this page and review the stipulations regularly. If you continue to use our services, then we will consider that any and all amendments have met with your agreement and acceptance.
